An ambulance arrived to the main entrance of Morton Lemley this morning around 10:45 after a student called 911 when she found a housekeeper sitting on the floor of the showers with a head wound.
Berry police Jonathan Baggett said the housekeeper was doing her morning duties of cleaning the showers when she fell and bumped her head. A Berry student came into the bathroom and found her on the floor. Baggett expressed that the housekeeper is fine with just a bit of a bump on her head. He said she was never unconscious and was up talking when the student found her.
Sarah Jackson, the spokesperson for housekeeping, showed a bit more concern than Baggett, but asked that we contact her after she had more information.
Neither Baggett nor Jackson released the names of the housekeeper or the student who found her.
