In the center of all of Madrid, Puerta de Sol serves as a doorway to Madrid’s nightlife. Nighttime in Madrid is a very social time. As one of the busiest plazas in Madrid, Puerta de Sol is a place where residents meet before going to eat, tourists come to listen to musicians perform, venders display their products, street performers put on shows and some just watch the sunset.
