Coffee house is more than just a gathering place

Vienna, Austria—Coffee houses in Vienna foster a culture of community. They are a place where socialization can flourish. People of all ages come to coffee houses with friends and family to catch up, discuss business with clients, and to relax. Coffee house were also one of the first places that were considered acceptable for women to go to alone. This drink has held a special place in the hearts of Viennese for more than 300 years.
