Berry administration has hired Nancy Rewis of Atlanta as the new vice president for marketing and communications.
“Her first big task between now and May will be to develop a strategic marketing plan,” President Stephen R. Briggs said.
The goal of this marketing plan, according to Briggs, will be finding the best way to tell “the Berry story” to everyone connected with the college, including students, donors, business partners, alumni and parents.
Rewis has held VP positions at Turner Broadcasting, Inc. and Gem Shopping Network. She also held many other managerial positions at Turner Broadcasting. Rewis recieved her undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Mississippi.
She will be officially appointed to her new position at Berry on Friday.
